RESOLUTION NO . 4389
A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF AN
IMPROVEMENT.
SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-14 DISTRICT SL-14
WHEREAS, SEWER LATERAL IMPROVEMENT SL-14 ,
District SL-14 , has been completed and acceptance of
said improvement recommended by the City Manager and
the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, LE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. on November
2nd , A. D. 1938, at the City Hall, at which time and
-lace said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the said improve-
ment as to the acceptance thereof by the City Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October,
