BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF `.:IANI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to Proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SK-91 A Five (5) Foot sidewalk on the north side of
Twentieth (20th) Street from the East line of
Washington Avenue to the west line of P^rk
Avenue.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book Six (6) , Page One Hundred
Two (102) , of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida, and as said Washington Avenue is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 303, and as said
Sheridan Avenue is named and desL-,noted in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and S-oecificrtions of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses ofpreliminary and other surveys , the inspec-
tion and soerintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices
and proceed.ing:s, the reparation of bonds, interest during, construe-
tion, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting Property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-91, and the )roperty
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SK-91.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 19th DAY OF October A.D.1938.
