HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT H-206 DISTRICT H-206
WHEREAS, on the 6th day of January , 19 39, the
City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering
the improvement designated as Highway Improvement
H-206 , District H-204 and directed the City Engineer to
• prerare and file tans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and speci-
fications and estimate of cost and estimate of incidental
expenses have been filed by the City EnMineer with the City
Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida, that the . Cit; Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Miami Beach Police Station and Liborty Avenue Fire Station,
in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meet-
ing of the Cite Council of Miami Beach on thelgth day of
January, , 1939, at 10: 00 0 t clock A.. M. , the City Council
will hear the objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement.
