Resolution 4534 RESOLUTION NO. 4534 WHEREAS, it appears from a survey and blue-print made by Richard F. Giersch, Jr. , Registered Engineer, that certain parts of the building known as Park Lane Apartments, situated on Lots - 16, 17 and 18 of Block 3 of Fleetwood Subdivision (Plat Book 14, Page 60, also Plat Book 28, Page 34, Public Records of Dade County, Florida) encroach upon and overhang 10th Street in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and the alley in the rear of said building, as shown on said survey and blue-print prepared by Richard F. Giersch, Jr. , Registered Engineer, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, it further appears that said encroachments and over- hangs do not materially affect and interfere with the use of said street or of said alley; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIANMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the aforesaid encroachments and over- hangs be allowed to remain for and during the life of said build- ing.
