SANITARY SERVER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
SR-323 The laying underground of an eight inch (8" ) terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley west of
Collins Avenue from a point at or near the center-
line of 76th Street to a point at or near the
centerline of 80th Street.
Together with a six inch( 6" ) terra cetta sewer lateral
from the pain sewer to the line of each fifty (50)
feet of abutting property as a part of the main
improvement .
As said alley,Avenue and Streets are shown on plats
recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 41 , and in Plat Book
31 Page 40, of the public records of Dade County
Florida, and as said streets are named and desig-
nated. in Ordinance No.232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the coat thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings ,preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services , abstracts ,etc. ,and any other ex-
penses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein rrovided. for; end the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedingd, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-323, andthe property
against which assessments therefor lays be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-323.
