Resolution 4593 RESOLUTION NO. 4593
WHEREAS, it appears from a survey and blue-print made
by Zurwelle-Whittaker, Inc. , Engineers , prepared under date
of November 19, 1936 and revised under date of July 27, 1939 ,
that the face of an ornamental base of a store building
recently erected on Lot 1 of Block 66A, Commercial Subdivision,
(Plat Book 6, Page 5, Public Records of Dade County, Florida) ,
encroaches upon and overhangs 15th Street and Alton Road a very
small fraction of a foot, as shown on said survey and blue-print ,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, it further appears that said encroachment does
not materially affect and interfere with the use of said 15th
Street and Alton Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that the aforesaid encroachments be allowed to remain
for and during the life of said building.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of July, A. D. , 1939.
