Resolution 4594 RESOLUTION NO. 4594
WHEREAS, it appears from a survey and blue-print made by
August DeWinkler, Civil Engineer, on May lath, 1936, that cer-
tain parts of the building commonly known as the Lincoln Theatre
Building, situated on Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 2, Lincoln Road Sub-
division "A" (Plat Book 34, Page 66, Public Records of Dade
County, Florida) (said property otherwise described as 147.5
feet frontage on the north side of Lincoln Road, east of Penn-
sylvania Avenue, and 105 feet deep at right angles to Lincoln
Road) encroach upon and overhang Lincoln Road, Pennsylvania
Avenue and the alley designated Lincoln Lane, as shown on said
survey and blue-print prepared by August DeWinkler, Civil Eng-
ineer, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof,
and
WHEREAS, it further appears that said encroachments and
overhangs do not materially affect and interfere with the use
of said Road, Avenue or alley;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the aforesaid encroachments and over-
hangs be allowed to remain for and during the life of said
building.
