SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-331 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta
sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
Ator near the south curb line of Thirty-seventh (37th)
Street from a point at or near the centerline of Collins
Avenue to a point approximately one hundred sixty (160)
feet easterly thereof.
Together with an eight (8) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of Lot Four (4) , Block
Twenty-five (25) , Miami Beach Improvement Company' s Ocean
Front Property, as a part of the main improvement.
As said Street, Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5) , Pages
Seven ( 7) and Eight (8) , of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Street is named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Spec if icato.ns of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and' superintendence of
the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and
any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings
and work herein provided for; andthe estimated. amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-331, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-331.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF September, A.D.1939.
