Resolution 4701 RESOLUTION NO. 4701 WHEREAS, it appears from a survey and blue—print made by Chas. G. Hannock, Registered Engineer, on October 17th, 1939, that a certain part of the building known as 7640 Carlyle Avenue, in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, situated on Lot 12, Block. 25, Altos Del Mar No. 3, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 41, Public Records of Dade County, Florida., encroach upon and overhangs the intersection of 77th Street and Carlyle Avenue, as shown on said survey and blue—print prepared by Chas. G. Hannock, Registered Engineer, a copy of which is at— tached hereto and made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, it further appears that said encroachment and over— hang does not materially affect and interfere with the use of said Street and Avenue; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the aforesaid encroachment and over— hang be allowed to remain for and during the life of said building.
