SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CON?CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the followinidescribed improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the Cityncil hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-340 The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Abbott Avenue from
Eightieth ( 80th) Street to Eighty-First (81st)
Street.
At or near the centerline of Eighty-first (81st)
Street from Abbott Avenue to a point at or near
the centerline of Block Three (3) , Haynsworth Beach
• Subdivision.
At or near the centerline of Block Three (3) , said
Subdivision from Eighty-first (81st) Street to
the northerly line of Lot Eleven (11) , said Block
Three (3) .
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property in said Block
Three (3) , as a part of the main improvement.
As said Avenue , Street, Block and Subdivision are
shown on plats recorded in Plat Book Eight (8) , Page
Forty-one (41) and Plat Book Forty-one (41) , Page
Two (2) , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Avenue and Street are named and designated
in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estivate of the cost thereof including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal cervices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-340, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated As District SR-340.
