Resolution 4755 RESOLUTION NO. 4755
WHEREAS, it appears from a survey and blue-print made
by Biscayne Engineering Company, John A. Moore, Registered
Engineer and Surveyor, on December 11th, 1939, that a certain
part of the building known as Coronada Apartments, No. 1245
Pennsylvania Avenu$,in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, situated
on Lot 14, Block 38, Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, according to
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, at Page 81, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, encroaches upon and overhangs
the public alley running in a northerly and southerly direction
through Block 38 of said Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, as shown on
said survey and blue-print prepared by Biscayne Engineering Com-
pany, John A. Moore, Registered Engineer and Surveyor, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, and
WHEREAS, it further appears that said encroachment and over-
hang does not materially affect and interfere with the use of said
alley;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the aforesaid encroachment and over-
hang be allowed to remain for and during the life of said build-
ing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, A. D. , 1940.
