NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk

cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City; that a meeting of the City Council will be

1940 , at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
