RESOLUTION
OF
• THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, by Jane R. Molinari, an offer
to purchase
Part of Lot 18, Block 36, OCEAN FRONT
PROPERTY, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 5 at Pages 7 and 8
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
a more particular description thereof being as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the northwesterly
corner of Lot Eighteen (18) , Block Thirty-six (36)
of the Amended Map of the Ocean Front Property of
the Miami Beach Improvement Company; thence easterly
along the northerly line of said Lot Eighteen (18)
for a distance of one hundred thirty-five and
seventy-seven one hundredths ( 135.77) feet, more or
less, to the northeasterly corner of said Lot
Eighteen ( 18) ; thence southerly along the easterly
line of said Lot Eighteen (18) for a distance of
forty ( 40) feet more or less to a point on the
northerly line of Seventeenth (17th) Street (now
Forth-first ( 41st) Street) ; thence westerly along
a circular curve deflecting to the right and having
as its tangent at this point the said northerly line
of Seventeenth (17th) Street (now Forty-first (41st)
Street) ; said circular curve having a radius of
seven hundred eighty and thirty-four one hundredths
(780.34) feet for a distance of eighty-seven and
sixteen one hundredths (87.16) feet to a point of
tangency; thence westerly along a straight line
tangent to the last mentioned curve for a distance
of thirty-three and twenty-eight one hundredths
( 33.28) feet to a point of curvature; thence westerly
and northerly along a cir .ilar curve deflecting to
the right, having a radius of twenty ( 20) feet more
or less for a distance of thirty-three and fifty-eight
one hundredths ( 33.58) feet, more or less, to a point
of tangency on the easterly line of Indian Creek
Drive; thence northerly along said easterly line of
Indian Creek Drive for a distance of seven and forty-
one one hundredths (7.41) feet, more or less to the
point of beginning, as said Lot, Block, Property
Steet and drive are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book Five (5), Pages Seven (7) and Eight ( 8) of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
at and for the sum of Five Thousand ( $5, 000.00) Dollars, payable
One Thousand ( S1, 000.00) Dollars cash, and One Thousand M, 000.00)

at six ( 60) per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, copy of
which letter containing said offer to purchase is as follows:

Dear Mr. Robillard:
My client, Jane R. Molinari, makes her offer to
purchase that certain property at Forty-first Street
in Miami Beach, being the remaining portion of Lot
18 of Block 36 of the Ocean Front Property, according
to Plat Book 5 at pages 7 and 8 of the public records
of Dade County, Florida, as not now used for street
purposes, for a consideration of Five Thousand
( $5, 000.00) Dollars, payable $1, 000.00 cash and
$1, 000.0° one, two, three and four years after date
of deed, respectively, the unpaid portion to bear
interest at six per cent per annum, payable semi-
annually. The deed is to provide that no buildings
or other structures are to be erected on the property,
but that the lot may be landscaped with flowers,
shrubbery, etc., and that walks may be laid out upon
the property, and with the further condition that
the grantees may be required to remove any of the
landscaping set out by them at the corner of Forty-
first Street and Indian Creek Drive that may be
required by the City of Miami Beach, in order to
avoid having a hazardous or blind traffic corner.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that said offer of purchase be
, accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 26 of the City Char-
ter of said City, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute such instruments as
: may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this resolution.
