WHEREAS, on the 19th day of June, 19 4c the
City Council passed and adopted resolution ordering the
improvement designated as Sanitary Sewer
Impr.•cvemer...ts sR-356,357 & 358, Districts SR-356, 357 & 358,
ana dir;;cted the City Engir-eer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
expenses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of ccst and estimate of incidontal expenses have been
filed by the City a.r.gineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED by the City Council. of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall 1_n the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and. Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
3rd day of July, 19410 , at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June, A. D. ,
1940 .
