SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-96 DISTRICT SK-96
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 8th day of August , 1940, ordered the Sidewalk Improvement
SK-96, District SK-96, and has prepared and filed ' ith the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement and whereas due notice by
publication as required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 4th day of September, 1940, at the City
Hall, in said City at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objec-
tions of all persons interested to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering said improvement , and said hearing was con-
tinued to the meeting of September 25th, 1940, and no objections
having been presented at the times and place aforesaid.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sidewalk Improvement SK-96, District SK-96, be and the
same is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $3, 520.00 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Budgetary Item 381-P, the City
Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed with City forces
without contract .
