HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-245 ' TWENTIETH (20TH) STREET, From Washington Avenue
to Park Avenue, to be paved, and where heretofore
paved to be repaved, to a width of thirty-nine (39)
feet with a bituminous wearing surface on a ten ( 10)
inch rock base, and improved on both sides with a
concrete curb and gutter.
As said Streets and Avenues are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book Six (6) , Page One Hundred Two
(102) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Avenues are named and designated in
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and
publication of notices, the preparation of bonds, interest during con-
struction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the oroceedin s and work herein uro-
vided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front
foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-245, and the property
assessments therefor may be maao -0,011 be designated
as District H-245.
