SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT SK-101 DISTRICT SK-101
WHEREAS, the City Council , by ^sus ;tuti en passed
and adopted on the 27th day of November 10 ordered the
Sidewalk Improvement SK-10l
District SK-101 and has prepared anr_ filed with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of su-h improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , inducing an estimate
of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improvement
and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been made that the City Council would on
the llthday ofDecember 1940 , at the City Hall in said City
at 10 :00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said resolution
ordering said improvement , and no objections having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution
of said City Council ordering said Sidewalk
Improvement SK-101 District SK-101 be and the same
is hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $01.990
is hereby authorized to be set up from Current Fund Surplue
the City Council hereby
declaring its intention to proceed with City forces without
contract.
