SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS SR-380 and SR-381 DISTRICTS SRA380 and
SR-381
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of December,1940, the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements designated as Sanitary Sewer
Improvements SR-380 and 351, Districts SR-380 and 351,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
e: 'onses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
2nd day of January, 1941 , at 10 :OO o ' clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolutions ordering
said improvement s .
