Resolution 5107 RESOLUTION NO. 5107 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5102, PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 24, 1940, SO AS TO MODIFY AND REDUCE CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS.
