A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 5102, PASSED AND ADOPTED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL ON DECEMBER 24,
1940, SO AS TO MODIFY AND REDUCE
CERTAIN ASSESSMENTS.

that the third and fourth paragraphs of Resolution No. 5102, passed and
adopted on December 24th, 1940, now reading as follows:
THIt }FOR , BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Liami Beach, Florida, that the prima facie assessments as indicated on
said preliminary assessment roll, be and are, in all thin"s confirmed
and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described
therein except as to the following described lots or parcels against
which said assessment is modified and reduced, the amount by which said
assessment is hereby reduced being hereby charged to the City at large,
so that the assessment shall be as follows, it being hereby decided that
the special benefits to said lots, on account of the reasons given, are
those benefits as stated below, after such reduction and modification:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sums and amounts assessed
against each of the lots or parcels of ground described in said
preliminary assessment roll, and as hereinabove amended, and the sums
and amounts against each of the lots or parcels of ground therein now
set forth as amended, are less than the amounts each lot or parcel of
ground is benefited by said improvement, and that the total assessments
as now indicated on the said amended assessment roll in the sum of Six
Thousand Seventy-three and 00/100 Dollars (w6,073.0O) , are hereby ap-
proved and confirmed."
