SUBJECT: Evaluation Committee Relative to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -002 -JC, for Disaster Recovery Services The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the status of Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 2018 -002 -JC, which seeks to establish an agreement with qualified firm(s) to provide the City with disaster recovery services. The City will receive proposals pursuant to this RFP on Friday, May 11, 2018. The responsive proposals will be reviewed by the Evaluation Committee, in accordance with the criteria established in the RFP. I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee: • Jay Fink, Assistant Director, Public Works Department, City of Miami Beach • Omar Leon, Urban Forester, Environment and Sustainability Department, City of Miami Beach • Juan Mestas, Assistant Fire Chief, Fire Department, City of Miami Beach • Adrian Morales, Director, Property Management Department, City of Miami Beach • Albert Zamora, Sanitation Director, Sanitation Department, City of Miami Beach I am also considering the following individuals as alternates: • Miguel Anchia, Assistant Fire Chief, Fire Department, City of Miami Beach • Javier Del Rio, Senior Management Analyst, Fleet Management Department, City of Miami Beach • Elizabeth Miro, Assistant Director, Property Management Department, City of Miami Beach I would appreciate any comments and/or suggestions you may have by Thursday, May 10, 2018.
