A RESOLUTION OF THE CIL: CvUNCIL OF THi:
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
AND DESIGNATING CLERKS AND INSPECTORS
FOR THE ELECTION TO BE HELD ON JUNE 3, 1941.
Itil, REAS, for the purpose of holding and conducting the General
Election to be held on June 3rd, 1941, the City has been divided
into nine voting precincts or election districts, numbered 24 to
32, inclusive, the boundaries of said precincts or districts having
been officially described in ordinance l:o. 595 as passed and adopted
by the City Council on April 2nd and April 16th, 1941, and
WHEREAS, official notice of said election is being published
and posted pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. 5231, passed
and adopted by the City Council on April 23rd, 1941,
NO.i, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITE COUNCIL OF THE ci r
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That for the purpose of holding and conducting the saki
general election on June 3rd, 1941, nine election boards
be provided, the registration books of said City be divided into
nine parts corresponding to the voting precincts or election districts
as heretofore designated, and that for said purpose Clerks and In-
spectors be and they are hereby appointed and designated as follows:

publishing in the Miami Breach Times, a newspaper published
in the City of kiami Beach, ilorida, at least fifteen days before the
day of the holding of said election.
