Ey Dear Mr. Fisher:
Well, I am back in Miami Beach and everything looks good
to me.
I have shut down operation in North. Louisiana and will not
do anything more there before next Spring or Summer. I will mail
you a full report on that situation within a few days.
I am in the market and want to li' up on something I can
make some money at this winter. I will not tie up on anything un-
til I hear from you. Have
you arranged all of your plans for the
handling of your real estate next winter ?
I thought I would get down here possibly before you left, but, •
was delayed. Let me hear from you as early as possible. I don't
dollar and have not tried credit
owe a � yet, it should be pretty
good, as I have owed a good many hundreds of thousands and paid them
off.
I have not drank two quarts o ' whiskey since lust Lay--one year
ago-- sleigh 180 plaunds so am in pretty good trim to stand hard pound-
ing.
