SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE; IT RESOLVED BY THE CI .Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-392 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Jefferson Avenue from a
Point at or near the centerline, produced westerly of
the alley north of Biscayne Street, to a point at or
near the southerly curb line of said Biscayne Street.
As said Avenue, Alley and Street are shown on a Plat
recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 81 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida, and as said Avenue and Street
are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City
Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of expenses of preliminary
and other surveys, the inspection and su nerintendence of the work, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proeeed-
Ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed
against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-392, and the property against which
assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District SR-392.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF October A.D. 1941.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ivIIABI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-394 The laying underground of an eight (b) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of the alley west of harding
Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of
Seventy-fifth (75th) Street to a point at or near the
southerly line of Lot Two (2) , Block Three (3) , Harding
Townsite.
Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of Lots One (1)
and Two (2) , Block Three (3) , as said Avenue, Street,
Alley and Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book Thirty-four (34) , Page Four (4) of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Street and
Avenue are named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
