In the end got money, not money should have made. They paid me the mortgages. I was interested in NYC. Kiss and run. A little disappointed in sense not nostalgic; not return to past, bit tacky. Taken liberties. 1986 Sanchez arrives Miami Beach. 1987 Sanchez tries to save Biscaya. 1987 Sanchez, partners buy Amsterdam Palace, went into bankruptcy. 1987 Apt at 1035 Collins foreclosed; Breakwater foreclosed. 1987 Sanchez buys Whitehart for$693,000., under demolition order since 1985. 1988 Sells Edison for 3.3 million 1988 Sanchez files for protection on buildings on Espanola Way. 1989 Sells Waldorf Towers(806 Ocean)for 1.35 million(90.84 sq ft);bought in 85 for $430,000. 1989 Sanchez loses Whitehart Hotel (315 Ocean), last year lost Cameo (1434 Washington)Bought Whitehart in 86 for 693,000.
