A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS.
HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENTS H-264 and H-265 DISTRICTS H-264
and H-265
WHEREAS, HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS H-264 and
H-265, Districts H-264 and H-265,
hEmbeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 :00 of clock A. M. on May 20th, A. D. ,
19 42, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements as to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council,
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 28th day of April,
