RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, MIAMI BEACH, DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, PROJECT Fla. 8-249 (.F.N. )
RESOLUTION DETERMINING MINIMUM WAGE RATES.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami Beach, Florida, herein called
the "Owner", proposes to construct as a project under the De-
fense Public Works program, recreational facilities on pier
located at 1 Biscayne Street, Miami Beach, Florida, herein
called the "Project", and the United States of America, act-
ing through and by the Federal darks Administrator, has
offered to aid in financing the cost of such Project; and
WHEREAS, minimum wage scale submitted by the Department
of Labor and forwarded by the Federal Works Agency has been
examined and found to be acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE, he it resolved by the City of Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, that the schedule of minimum wage rates,
a true and correct copy of which is hereto attached and a copy
of which has been made a part of the public records of the
Owner, bo and the same hereby is approved as the minimum wage
rates to apply in the construction of the Project,
