RESOLUTION NO. 5663
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF 'iiAi'v I BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING

AND DESIGNATING C KS AND INSPECTORS
• FOR THE ELECTION/ ,HELD ON JUNE 1, 1943.
WHEREAS, for the purpose of holding and conducting the
General Election to be held on June 1, 1943, the City has
been divided into nine voting precincts or election districts,
numbered 24 to 32 inclusive, the boundaries of said precincts
or districts having been officially described in Ordinance
No. 595 as passed and adopted by the City Council on April
2nd End April 16th, 1941, and
WHEREAS, official notice of said election is being
published and posted pursuant to the provisions of Resolution
No. 5656, passed and adopted by the City Council on April 21, 1943.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED B1 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAuII BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That for the purpose of holding and conducting the
said general election on June 1, 1943, nine
election boards be provided, the registration books of said
City be dividedinto nine parts corresponding to the voting
precincts or election districts as heretofore design^ted, and
that for said purpose Clerks and Inspectors be end they Pre

paper published in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, at least
fifteen days before the day of the holding of said election.
