Resolution 5922 RESOLUTION NO._, 922 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT • SR-436 SR-436 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth Its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-436 The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the centerline of Byron Avenue from a point at or near the centerline- of Eighty-second (82nd) Terrace to a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-sixth (86th) Street. The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the centerline of Byron Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-sixth (86th) Street to a point approximately four hundred (400) feet northerly. At or near the centerline of Eighty-fourth (84th) Street from a point at or near the centerline of Byron Avenue to a point at or near the westerly curb line of Harding Avenue. At or near the centerline of Eighty-fifth (85th) Street from .a point at or near the centerline of Byron Avenue to a point approximately two hundred forty (240) feet easterly. At or near the centerline of Eighty-sixth (86th) Street from a point at or near the centerline of Byron Avenue to a point at or near the westerly curb line of Harding Avenue. At or near the centerline of the alley west of Collins Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-fifth (85th) Street to a point approximately five hundred (500) feet northerly of the northerly line of Eighty-sixth (86th) Street produced easterly. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to approximately each sixty (60) feet of abutting property, as a part of the main improve- ment. As said Avenue ,Streets and Alley: are shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book Twenty-six (26) , Page Sixty-three (63) , Plat Book Forty-one (41), Page Two ( 2) and Plat Book Four (4) , Page One Hundred Sixty-two (162) of the public Records of Dade County, Florida. District SR-436 -2- The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and speci- fications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provi&ed for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-436, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-436.
