SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-441 The laying underground of an eight (5) inch terra cotta
sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the westerly curb line of North Bay Road
from a point at or near the south line, produced
easterly of the north 15.6 feet of Lot 36, Block 14,
La Gorce Golf Subdivision, to a point at or near the
southeasterly line, produced' northeasterly of the
northwesterly 25.5 feet of Lot 41 , said block and sub-
division.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property, as a part of the
main improvement.
As said Road, Lots, Block and Subdivision are shown on
a plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 43 of the public
records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of
the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the preparation
of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceed-
ings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-441, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-441.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF March, A.D. 1946.
