Resolution 5955 RESOLUTION NO. 5955
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of
the City of Miami Beach, as hereinafter set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof so as to exclude from Area District
No. 13 as therein set forth and described, and to include in
Area District No. 10 as therein set forth and described, the
following described lands situate and being in Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, to-wit :
Lots 1 to 13, inclusive, of
MID-GOLF EXTENSION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 40, at page 69,
of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
NOW, TIMREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on the 3rd day of April, A. D. 1946,
at 10:00 o' clock, A. M. , in the Council Chambers, in the City
Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days ' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof

in the it?iami Beach Sun and Miami Beach Daily Tropics, a newspaper
of general circulation in said City of iGiami Beach in conformity
with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of March, A. D. 1946.
