HIGHWAY IMPROVEkENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
H-252 Thirty-second (32nd) Street, Thirty-fifth (35th) Street,
Thirty-seventh (3/th) Street and Fortieth (40th) Street
from Indian Creek Drive to Collins Avenue; Twenty-fifth
(25th) Street from Collins Avenue to Miami Beach Drive,
Thirty-second ( 32nd) Street from Collins Avenue to a
point at or near two hundred and ninety-nine (299) feet
east of the east line of Collins Avenue and Thirtieth
(30th) Street from a point at or near one hundred and
forty (140) feet east of Collins Avenue to a point at or
near three hundred and nine (309) feet east of the east
line of Collins Avenue.
As said Streets, Avenue and Drives are shown and recorded
on Plats recorded in Plat Book Five (5) at Pages Seven (7)
and Eight (5) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said streets are named and designated in City of
Miami Beach Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts,
etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Highway Improvement H-252; and the property against which
assessments theref or may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated
as District H-252.
