Resolution 5963 RESOLUTION NO.�93 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-444 SR-444 Bt IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-444 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the southerly curb line of Thirty-second (32nd) Street from a point at or near the easterly curb line of Indian Creek Drive to a point at or near the easterly line, produced northerly of Lot Six (6) , Block Sixteen (16) , Amended Map of the Ocean Front Property of the Miami Peach Improvement Co. Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of Lots Six ( 6) and Nine (9) of said Block and Subdivision, as a part of the main improvement. As said Street, Drive, Lots, Block and Subdivision are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book Five (5), Pages Seven (7) and Eight (8) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Thirty-second (32nd) Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of Plans and Specifica- tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-444, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-444.
