I A $5 million Holiday Inn is being planned at
the site of Carl Fisher's old Roman Pools on:Mi
ami Beach.
The 11-story hotel will be at 2201 Collins Ave.
i near the landmark Roney Plaza Hotel, and is ex-
pected to give a needed boost to one of the oldest 4I
areas of the Beach.
The hotel will have 270 rooms,
a cocktail lounge, coffee shop,
dining room and 300-seat ban
