Resolution 5992 RESOLUTION NO. 5992 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-422 DISTRICT SR-422 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, met on April 17, 1946, pursuant to the notice under Sections 29 and 30 of the Charter of the said City to hear all written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment roll of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-422, District SR-422, by any person whose property is described in said preliminary assessment roll, which roll was filed with said City Council April 3, 1946, and WHEREAS, the City Council, having received no written objections filed to the confirmation of said preliminary assessment roll by any person whose property is described in said roll, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach, Florida, that the prima facie assessments as indicated on said preliminary assessment roll, be and are, in all things confirmed and sustained against any and all lots or parcels of ground described there- in except as to the following described lots or parcels against which said assessment is modified and reduced, the amount by which said assess- ment is hereby reduced being hereby charged to the City at large, so that the assessment shall be as follows, it being hereby decided that the special benefits to said lots on account of the reasons given, are those benefits as stated below, after such reduction and modification: RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ADJUSTMENT IN SR-422 REASON FOR RECOMMENDED DESCRIPTION ADJUSTMENT PRESENT ASSESSMENT ASSESSMENT Ocean Side Section of the Isle of Normandy as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 25, Page 6o of the Public Re- cords of Dade County, Florida.
