OBJECTIONS TO THE CONFIRMATION
OF AN ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT 3K_114 DISTRICT SK-114
i T-J:RIA , preliminary assessment roll has been
completed by the City Engineer and filed by him with
the City Clerk, on the above described improvement in
accordance with the provisions of Sections 29 and 30, of
the City Charter.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City c.f Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
Cause no °._c'e to be given in accordance with said City
Charter ghat a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 o' clock A. M. on .August 7,. 1946 ,
at which time all interested persons may appear and file
written objections to the confirmation of said roll .
