RESOLUTION NO. 5722
WHEREAS, the City Council is advised that that certain
tract of land located in the City of Miami Beach and known as
"LaGorce Golf Course", although not for sale at this time, will
be offered for sale some years hence; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it probable that if,
as and when said property is offered for sale it will be to the
best interest of said City to acquire it ,
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TH1i; CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Miami Beach Bay Shore Company,
owners of said property, be and they are hereby requested to grant
to the City of Miami Beach the first right and opportunity to pur-
chase said property when it is offered for sale.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to forward to said Miami Beach Bay Shore Company
a certified copy of this resolution.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 1st day of Yarch, A. D. 1944.
