SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-424 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra
cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and
appurtenances.
At or near the centerline of Verdun Drive from a
point at or near the northerly line produced
easterly of Lot Fourteen (14) , Block Forty-three
(43) , Miami View Section Part 3, Isle of Normandy
to a point at or near the northerly curb line of
Calais Drive.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from the
main sewer to the line of approximately each fifty
( 50) feet of abutting property as a part of the main
improvement. .
At or :near the centerline of Biarritz Drive from
a poirnt' at or near the northerly curb line of
Normandy Drive to a point at or near the centerline
produced easterly of Lot Twenty-one ( 21) , Block
Forty-one (41) , Miami View Section, Part 3, Isle
of Normandy.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
At or near the centerline of Bay Drive from a
point at or near the northerly curb line of
Normandy Drive to a point at or near the centerline
produced westerly of Lot One (1) , Block Forty-one
(41) , Miami View Section Part 3, Isle of Normandy.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.
At or near the centerline of the alley east of
Rue Versailles, Block Seven (7), Ocean Side Section
of the Isle of Normandy from a point at or near the
centerline of the alley south of Everglades Concourse
to a point at or near the centerline of Biarritz
Drive.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from the
maisewer to the line of approximately each fifty
( 50) feet of abutting property as a part of the main
improvement.
At or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive from a
point at or near the centerline produced southerly
of the alley east of Rue Versailles to a point at
or near the centerline produced northerly of Lot Nine
(9) , Block Six (6), Ocean Side Section Isle of Normandy.

Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
At or near the centerline of the alley in Block
Thirty-six (36) , MiamiView Section Part 1, and
Block Thirty-six (36) , Miami View Section Part 3,
Isle of Normandy from a point at or near the
centerline of the alley west of Rue Granville to
a point at or near the centerline of the alley
west of Lot One (1) , Block Thirty-six (36) , Miami
View Section, Part 3, Isle of Normandy.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
twenty-five (25) feet of abutting property as a
part of the main improvement.
At or near the centerline of the alley in Block
Three (3) Ocean Side Section of the Isle of
Normandy, from a point at or near the centerline
of Rue Versailles to a point at or near the
centerline of Bay Drive.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral
from the main sewer to the line of approximately
each twenty-five ( 25) feet of abutting property
as a part of the main improvement.
At or near the centerline of the easement of
Block Thirty-six (36) , Miami View Section Part 1 and
of Block Thirty-six (36) , Miami View Section Part
3, Isle of Normandy from a point at or near the
centerline of Rue Granville to a point at or near
the centerline of the alley west of Rue Granville .
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part
of the main improvement.
At or near the centerline of the easement in Block
Thirty (30) , Miami View Section Part 1 and Block
Thirty (30) , Miami View Section Part 2 and Block
Thirty (30) , Second Revised Plat of Portions of Ocean
Side Section and Trouville Section, Isle of Normandy
from a point at or near the centerline of Trouville
Esplanade to a point at or near the centerline of
Rue Granville .
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty ( 50) feet of abutting property as a part
of the main improvement.
At or near the centerline of the easement in Block
Thirty-eight (38) Miami View Section Part 1, Isle
of Normandy from a point at or near the centerline
of Rue Granville to a point at or near the easterly
line of Lot Thirty (30) , Block Thirty-eight (38),
Miami View Section Part 1, Isle of Normandy.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each fifty
( 50) feet of abutting property as a part of the
main improvement.

At or near the centerline of the easement in Block
Five (5) , Ocean Side Section of the Isle of Normandy
from a point at or near the centerline of the alley
south of Everglades Concourse to a point at or near
the north line of Lot Seventeen (17) , Block. Five (5) ,
Ocean Side Section of the Isle of Normandy.
Together with a 6" terra cotta sewer lateral from
the main sewer to the line of approximately each
fifty (50) feet of abutting property as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Streets, Drives, Alleys, Easements, Lots,
Blocks and Subdivisions are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat Book 25, Page 60; Plat Book 34, Pae 80;
Plat Book 40, Pages 33 and 35; and Plat Book 41,
page 75, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence
of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the prepara-
tion of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-424, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for. the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-424.
