RESOLUTION NO. 5854
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SR-426 SR-426
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-426 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive
from a point at or near the westerly curb
line of Rue Versailles to a point at or near
the centerline extended northerly of Lot
One (1) , Block Twelve (12), Ocean SideSection
of the Isle of Normandy;
At or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive
from a point at or near the centerline of
Rue Notre Dame to a point at or near the
centerline extended northerly of Lot Five (5) ,
Block Twenty-five ( 25) , Trouville Section
of the Isle of Normandy.
At or near the centerline of Bay Drive from
a point at or near the westerly curb line
of Rue Versailles to a point at or near the
centerline extended northerly of Lot One (1) ,
Block Thirteen (13) , Ocean Side Section of
the Isle of Normandy;
At or near the centerline of Bay Drive from
a point at or near the centerline of Rue Notre
Dame to a point at or near the centerline
extended northerly of Lot One (1) , Block Twenty-
six (26) , Trouville Section of the Isle of
Normandy.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of
approximately each fifty (50) feet of abutting
property as a part of the main improvement;
As said Streets, Drives, Lots, Blocks and Subdivisions
are shown on plats recorded in Flat Book 25, Page 60, and
Plat Book 25, Page 5, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services,
abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in con-
ducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated
amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-426, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-426.
