Resolution 5878 RESOLUTION NO. 5878
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the present public convenience
requires the operation of two hundred three (20 ) taxicabs;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized and instructed to issue, in the name
of the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, cer-
tificates of public convenience and necessity to the hereinafter
named persons, firms and corporations covering the operation of
the number of taxicabs set opposite their names, to-wit:
