Resolution 5884 RESOLUTION NO. 5884 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-431 SR-431 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten- tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-431 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the centerline of Trouville Esplanade from a point at or near the centerline of Biarritz Drive to a point at or near the center- line of Bay Drive. Together with a six (6) inch terra sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of approximately each fifty ( 50) feet of abutting- property as a part of the main improvement. As said Esplanade and Drives`are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book Twenty-five (25) , Page Fifty-six (56) , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conduct- ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-431, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-431.
