Resolution 6084 RESOLUTION NO. 6084
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending and changing certain of the regulations and
restrictions established and contained. in Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, as herein-
after set forth, to-wit:
To amend said ordinance andthe maps attached thereto and made
a part thereof, so as to place in Area District No. 19, as said. District
is referred to and described in saidordinance, the following described
property situate, lying andbeing in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida,
to-wit :
All of that portion of the North Half of
Lot 4 ; and all of that portion of lots
5 and 6 of block 54 of FISHER' S FIRST
SUBDIVISION of Alton Beach, according to
the Flat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
2, at pare 77, of the Public Records of
Lade County, Florida, which lies East of
the dividing line between lots 8 and 9
of said block 54 projected southerly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a Public Hearing be and is hereby
called to be held on the 3rd day of September, A. D. 1946, at 10:00
o' clock, A. Y. , in the Council Chambers , in the City Hall, Miami Beach,
Florida , for the consideration of said amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV :1) that the City Clerk be and he is hereby
directed to give at least fifteen ( 15) days' notice of the time, place
and object of said hearing by publishing notice thereof in the Evening
Sun and Daily Tropics, a newspaper of general circulation in said City
of Miami Beach in conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of
said City.
