HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENTS H-291, H-292 DISTRICTS H-291, H-292
WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of October 1946, the
City Council passed and adopted resolutions ordering the
improvements designated as Highway
Improvements H-291 & H-292 Districts H-291 & H-292
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans
• and specifications of such improvements and acx estimates
of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental
e: )onses , and the said plans and specifications and esti-
mate of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been
filed by the City EngI neer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to
• be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, Miami Beach Police Station and Dade Boulevard Fire
Station, in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that
at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach on the
16th day of October 1946 , at 10 :00 o 'clock A. M. , the
City Council will hear the objections of all persons in-
terested to the confirmation of said resolutionsordering
said improvements .
