TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS. •
SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT S SL-19, SL-21, SL-22 AND SL-23 DISTRICTS SL-19,
SL-21, SL-22 AND
LATERAL SL-23
WHEREAS, SANITARY SEWER/ IMPROVEMENTS
SL-19, SL-21, SL-22 AND Districts SL-19, SL-21, SL-22 and SL-23,
SL-23
havebeen completed and acceptance of said improvements
recommended by the City Manager and the City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10:00 o ' clock A. M. on October 1, A. D. ,
1947, at the City Hall, at which time and place said City
Council will hear any objections of persons interested in
or affected by the said improvements es to the acceptance
thereof by the City Council.
