Resolution 6317 RESOLUTION NO. 6317
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, is considering amending and changing certain of the
regulations and restrictions established and contained in Ordi-
nance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinanwe of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida" as hereinafter set forth, to-wit :
To amend said Ordinance and the maps attached thereto
and made a part thereof, so as to include in "RE" Multiple-Family
District and in Area District No. 17, as said districts are set
forth and defined in said Ordinance, the following described
land situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Flo-
rida, to-wit:
Block Eleven (11) of BISCAYNE BEACH
FIRST ADDITION, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
47, at page 19, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that a public hearing be and is
hereby called to be held on thelgth day of J!..n , A. D. 1947, at
10:00 o' clock A. M. in the Council Chambers, in the City Hall,
Miami Beach, Florida, for the consideration of said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby directed to give at least fifteen days' notice of the
time, place and object of said hearing by publishing notice
thereof in the Evening Sun and Daily Tropics, a newspaper of
general circulation in said City of Miami Beach, Florida, in
conformity with Section 21 of Ordinance No. 289 of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of May, A. D. 1947.
