BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C OUiv CIL OF THE CITY OF ::IAZ BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten-
tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter:
SR-474 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch
terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances.
At or near the easterly curb line of Collins Avenue
from a point approximately one hundred fifty (150)
feet southerly of the southerly line of Seventy-eighth
(78tn) Street to a point at or near the southerly
lot line, produced westerly, of Lot Five ( 5) , Block
Eleven (11 ) , Altos Del 1iar No. 1.
Together with a six ( 6) inch terra cotta sewer
lateral from the main sewer to the line of each
fifty ( 50) feet of abutting property, as a part of
the main improvement.
As said Avenue, Stre =t , Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book Thirty-one
(31) , Page Forty (40) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Seventy-eighth (78th)
Street is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file -lith the
City Clerk Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of
the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and super-
intendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications
and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
abstracts, etc. , and •nny other expenses necessary and proper in conduct-
ing the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amout
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-474, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-474.
