HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

BE IT RESOLVr;D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tilt CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City
Charter:
H-319 Sixty-seventh (67th) Street from Harding Avenue
to Collins Avenue to be paved, and where hereto-
fore paved, to be repaved to a width of fifty-nine
(b9) feet with a bituminous wearing surface on a
ten (10) inch rock base.
Together with necessary drainage , sewer inlets ,
manholes and catch basins , and improved on both
sides with a concrete curb and gutter.
As said Street and Avenues are shown on plat
recorded in Plat Book Twenty-eight (28) , Page
Twenty-eight (28) of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and as said Harding Avenue is
named and designated in City of Miami Beach
Ordinance No. 232.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost
of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection and superitend-
ence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimates , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings ,
the preparation of bonds , interest during construction , legal
services , abstracts , etc . , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for;
and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot
of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , assess-
ments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-319, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District H-319.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 17th DAY OF November
A.D. 1948 .
