Resolution 6408 RESOLUTION NO. 61+08 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT SR-467 SR-467 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its inten- tion to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-467 The laying underground of an eight (8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the West curb line of Washington Avenue from a point at or near the center line of Espanola Way to a point approximately one hundred thirteen (113) feet south. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the property line of the East seventy-five (75) feet of that strip of land thirty (30) feet wide lying south of the First Addition to Whitman's Sub- division of Espanola Villas and north of the Public School Property between Washington and Drexel Avenue. As said described property is shown on Plat recorded in Plat Book Two (2) , Page Eighty-one (81) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida , and as said Washington Avenue and Drexel Avenue are named and designated in Or- dinance No. 303 and No. 232 , respectively. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica- tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro- ceedings, the preparation of bonds , interest during construction, legal services, abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-467, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-467.
