Resolution 6736 RESOLUTION NO. 6736 WHITEWAY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WW-56 WW-56 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: WW-56 Both sides of James Avenue from Lincoln Road to Nineteenth ( 19th) Street; Park Avenue from Nineteenth ( 19th) Street to Twenty-third (23rd) Street; Liberty Avenue from Nineteenth ( 19th) Street to Twenty-first (21st) Streetcnd from Twenty-second (22nd) Street to Twenty-third (23rd) Street; Eighteenth (18th) ; Nineteenth ( 19th) ; Twentieth (20th) ; and Twenty-first (21st) Streets from Washington Avenue to Collins Avenue; Twenty-second (22nd) Street from Washington Court to Collins Avenue; and Washington Court. To be improved with a whiteway lighting system of ornamental posts and lamps at approximately two hundred (200) feet apart on each side with underground connections for lighting. As said streets, Avenues, Court, and Road are shown on Plats recorded in Plat book Two (2) , Page Seventy-seven (77) , Plat Book Five ( 5) , PagesSeven (7) and Eight (8) , Plat Book Six (6) , Page One hundred two ( 102) , Plat hook Forty-one (41) , Page Fifty ( 50) , Plat Book Forty-five (45) , Page Forty ( 40) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said James Avenue, Park Avenue, Liberty Avenue, Collins Avenue, Eighteenth (18th) Street, Twentieth (20th) Street, Twenty-first (21st) Street, Twenty-second (22nd) Street, Twenty-third (23rd) Street are named and designated in City of Miami Beach Ordinance No. 232, and as said Washington Avenue is named and designated in City of Miami beach Ordinance No. 303. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk, Plans and Specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated, in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Whiteway Improvement WW-56, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District WW-56.
