RESOLUTION NO. 6745
SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-480 . DISTRICT SR-480
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 5th day of January, 1949, ordered
the Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR1480
District SR-480 , and the City Engineer has prepared
and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
such improvmen and an estimate of the cost thereof, in-
cluding an estimate' of the cost of the incidental expenses
of said improvement , and whereas due notice by publication
as recuired by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 19th day of January, 1949 ,
at the City Hall 'in said City at 10:00 o' clock A. M. , re-.
ceive and hear objections of all persons interested to the
confirmation of said resolution ordering said improvement,
and no objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEpEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ment SR-480 , District SR-480 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed, and an appropriation of $ 1,098.35 is
hereby authorized to be set up from Unappropriated Current Fund Surplus
the City Council hereby declaring its intention to proceed
with City Forces without contract.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of January, A.D.
1949.
