Resolution 6811 • RESOLUTION NO. 6811 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVET;ANT DISTRICT SR-463 SR-483 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Sections 29 and 30 of the City Charter: SR-483 The laying underground of a ten (10) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances . At or near the westerly curb line of Hawthorne Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eighty-first (81st) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Eightieth (80th) Street. The laying underground of an eight ( 8) inch terra cotta sanitary sewer and necesary manholes and appurtenances. At or near the westerly curb line of r awthorne Avenue from a point at or near the centerline of Eightieth (80th) Street to a point at or near the centerline of Seventy-ninth ( (9th) Terrace. Together with a six (6) inch terra cotta sewer lateral from the main sewer to the line of each sixty (60) feet of abutting property as a part of the main improvement. As said Street, Terrace and Avenue are shown on plats recorded in Plat Book Fourteen (1L.) , rage Thirty-five (35) and Plat Book Forty-four (4i ) , Page Sixty-seven (67) of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and as said Hawthorne Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance No. 232. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof; including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc . , and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property. This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-483, and the property against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-483.
